Baton is a marketplace for buying and selling businesses, and we're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for running a full-cycle sales motion, engaging with business owners, and helping them understand our valuation and sales process.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or outbound outreach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle from sourcing to closing
- Highly organized and goal-oriented
- Experience with CRM tools like Gong, Outreach, or Attio is a plus
