Job Description
Baton is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of small business transitions through their modern, data-driven marketplace. The role involves leading design initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and advocating for the user, fostering a collaborative and data-driven environment. Requirements
- 5-7 years of product experience (or equivalent)
- A portfolio that shows thoughtful, impactful design work
- Solid grasp of UX fundamentals, interface design, and visual design principles
- Fluency in Figma
- Great attention to detail and strong visual craft skills
