Job Description
Baton, Ryder’s in-house product development group focused on re-imagining transportation and logistics, is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their Machine Learning Team. This role involves building scalable ML infrastructure, enhancing data platform capabilities, and supporting real-time inference. The ideal candidate will have a blend of production Python expertise and distributed computing experience, collaborating with Data Science and Production teams.
Requirements
- Build and scale distributed systems for ML training, serving, and inference.
- Implement and serve real-time ML workflows.
- Own end-to-end ML systems for training, deployment, features, monitoring, and rollback.
- Experience with data engineering, distributed training, model monitoring, and experiment tracking.
