Job Description
BaubleBar is seeking a Merchandise Planning Associate to help buy and manage inventory across direct to consumer channels. The role will involve tracking SKU performance, market trends, and coordinating with teams to ensure optimal inventory position and assortment.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Merchandise Planning in retail
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong analytical and retail math skills
- Advanced excel experience; experience with Power BI, NetSuite and Toolio is a plus
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and meet required order deadlines
- Positive attitude and team player willing to work cross-functionally with other teams
