Job Description
Bauer Media Audio is seeking a Senior Back-End Developer to join their Digital Development team. This role involves leading the development of client-agnostic services, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with product and technology teams. The position focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance systems to millions of users across Europe. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company's digital platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience mentoring and leading development teams.
- Strong proficiency in Go, TypeScript, PHP, and SQL.
- Deep understanding of AWS, Cloudflare, and DevOps principles.
- Experience with microservices architecture and API design.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
