Requirements
- Commercial and technical degree in Agronomy / plant production
- 3-5 years of experience in the agricultural sector
- Solid knowledge of the agricultural world (economy, market) and its various interlocutors
- Good technical bases in agronomy, crop protection, and sales techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convince audiences
- Dynamic and relational skills with ability to establish solid relationships
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different actors
- Mastery of CRM tools and customer relationship follow-up techniques
- Aptitude to analyze market data and perform effective competitive surveillance
- Valid B driving license
