Job Description
Lead HSE responsible for ensuring the health and safety of employees and environmental protection at Shiga factory, in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Requirements
- University Degree or above
- At least 3 years or more in a HSE management role in a medium to large size plant
- Knowledge of laws and practices related to chemical handling and safety
- Knowledge of laws and practices related to occupational safety and health
- Knowledge of laws and practices related to pollution prevention, fire prevention, and Sustainability (SDGs)
- Business level English (TOEIC 730 and above)
- Fluent level of Japanese
