Director of International Admissions

Baylor University is seeking a Director of International Admissions to oversee the efforts of the Undergraduate Admissions office in Waco, TX. The role involves managing a team of professional staff, coordinating hiring and recruitment strategies, and collaborating with various stakeholders to expand the institution's international reach. This position requires fluency in Spanish and a valid US driver’s license.

Requirements

• Manage and supervise the international admissions counseling and recruitment team.
• Coordinate hiring and training of the team on Baylor and its programs.
• Develop and implement an off-campus recruitment strategy.
• Oversee budget related to off-campus recruitment and territory management.
• Maintain relationships with secondary schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Work closely with Enrollment Management Marketing team.
• Audit admissions decisions.
