Student Worker - Baylor Experience and Admissions Representative (BEAR)

The Baylor Experience and Admissions Representatives (BEARs) are selected students who serve as a bridge between prospective students and Baylor University's Admissions. They provide support to prospective students at the Student Welcome Center, assisting with campus tours, welcoming guests, and assisting with enrollment activities. The role is ideal for students seeking leadership opportunities and a supportive university environment.

Requirements

• Full-time student (12 credit hours minimum) at Baylor University.
• Minimum of 8 hours per week, 5 weekend events per semester.
• Attend mandatory trainings and staff meetings.
• Professionalism and work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Ability to work on recruitment events
