Job Description
Counselor Supervisor at BAART Programs. Supervises counselors and interns in providing treatment services to patients. Ensures timely documentation and manages expenditures. Provides direct supervision to clinicians and assists in ongoing supervision of staff.
Requirements
- Assigns counselors’ caseloads and amends when necessary
- Direct and supervise all intake operations
- Review intake assessment for quality
- Direct pre-admission decisions, case reviews and counseling meetings
- Conducts quality assurance file reviews
- Maintain counseling caseload
- Provide direct supervision to clinicians
- Ensure accurate and current clinical records
