Job Description
BAART Programs is seeking a Patient Access Representative to perform various administrative tasks, including patient billing, insurance verification, and problem resolution. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and experience in a medical office setting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in a medical office setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of medical insurance claims procedures and documentation
- Proficient in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
