Job Description
Bayshore HealthCare is seeking an AI Application Developer to design and deliver AI-driven applications using modern AI platforms and lightweight custom development. The successful candidate will create AI-enabled experiences that integrate enterprise data, automate decision-making, and embed generative AI into real business workflows.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience building applications or services using modern development platforms
- Hands-on experience delivering AI-powered applications using LLMs or generative AI
- Strong working knowledge of Python for backend services, AI orchestration, or data processing
- Experience with AI Studio platforms (Gemini Studio, Azure OpenAI, or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering, AI model behavior, and ethical AI considerations
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder communication skills
