Clinical Manager - Nursing

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Nurse to join their team as a Clinical Manager (CM) - 6 Month contract. The CM will be accountable for implementing effective management practices to promote professional and paraprofessional clinical practice and achieve excellence in the delivery of care and service to clients. The role requires at least 5 years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a community setting.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, preferably with a Bachelor of Nursing degree
• Current registration, in good standing, with the provincial regulating body
• At least 5 years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a community setting
