Job Description
Bayut, a leading property portal in the Kingdom, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead Commercial Excellence & Culture. The role focuses on cultivating high performance, rewarding employees, and enhancing the company culture. This position will involve implementing employee engagement programs, leading sales excellence conferences, and conducting social media campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelors in marketing or business administration
- 3+ years of experience
- Previous experience in training/culture roles
- Experience in commercials (advantageous)
- Good knowledge of employee engagement
- Depth knowledge in social media campaigns
- Sharp strategic and analytical thinking
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Team player with a customer-oriented approach
