Job Description
Property Monitor is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and grow the company's presence in the UAE real estate market. The role involves prospecting, relationship management, and executing go-to-market strategies, with a focus on building a robust sales pipeline and delivering persuasive presentations. It's a dynamic, fast-paced position within a large, established company.
Requirements
- A minimum of secondary education.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Valid UAE license required.
- 4 - 5 years of sales experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of sales processes.
- Good knowledge of Dubai Real Estate market.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive.
