We are seeking a Proposal Manager to support our Business Development Department on site at one of our offices. The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in writing proposals, specifically in responding to federal RFPs/RFIs, and will be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in writing proposals, specifically in responding to federal RFPs/RFIs
- Experience in managing proposal teams, monitoring progress, and maintaining proposal schedules
- Experience in writing and updating project descriptions, resumes, win themes, and marketing material
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Science, or Related Field (or Associate's degree in Business Administration or other liberal arts degree with commensurate experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in Canva preferred
- Intermediate/Expert level in using AI / generative tools
