Passport Leadership Trip Staff - Summer 2026

BBYO Passport is seeking seasonal staff to participate in summer programs for Jewish teens in grades 6-12. These programs combine active touring, community service, and cultural experiences in over 18 countries. Staff will support teens, manage logistics, and ensure a safe and inclusive experience, requiring a commitment to flexibility and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• BBYO Passport trips are fast paced, demanding, and rewarding experiences.
• Strong Jewish identity and ability to lead an inclusive Shabbat experience preferred.
• Ability to work long hours within a team setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable working as part of a cohesive staff team and within a larger hierarchy of staff structure.
• Understanding of program goals and readiness to act as an informal Jewish educator.
