Job Description
We are looking for a Personal Manager (m/f/d) for our daughter company Perspektive Personal GmbH. The tasks include acquisition of new customers, expansion of existing customer business, management of project and service orders, personal recruitment, and leadership of employees.
Requirements
- Completed education as a person in the field of service or equivalent qualification and experience in this area
- Secure handling of Office products and the industry software attina from ABC-Software (desirable)
- Knowledge about TQ (part qualification), (framework conditions, subsidies, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Good comprehension ability to learn and implement new processes
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
- Teamwork skills, as well as good planning and coordination skills
