Job Description
Birmingham City Council is seeking a dedicated and proactive Facilities and Catering Assistant to support the delivery of high-quality catering and facilities services to Care Centres, seven days a week. This role involves a range of ancillary duties, including food preparation, cleaning, laundry, and kitchen tasks. The successful candidate contributes to the care ethos, maintains high health and safety standards, and supports other services within the centres. The position offers 25 hours per week in a permanent, full-time position.
Requirements
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction by undertaking a range of ancillary duties.
- Maintain rigorous Health and Safety standards, including infection control and COSHH compliance.
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and used.
- Support other services within the centres.
