AS400 RPG Techical Lead

BCforward is seeking an AS400 RPG Technical Lead to lead RPG / SQL development efforts with a small team on projects and understand requirements / design. Must have experience leading one or two developers, working with offshore teams, and modernizing AS400 servers.

Requirements

• Master of SQL within the AS400 environment
• Experience with Stored Procedures
• Understanding of modernizing an AS400 server and normalization
• Experience with change management tools
• Knowledge of Turning Point (TPS) or ARCAD
• Experience leading one or two developers
• Experience working with offshore teams
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
