Sweater Designer

Our Company: Originally founded in 1975, BCI has continually evolved to become a leader in the women's fashion industry. We are seeking a Sweater Designer to join our team, responsible for designing and developing tech design packs, managing yarn libraries, and mentoring assistant-level designers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the sweater design industry
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and attention to detail
• Strong technical knowledge in sweater making, including expertise in yarn qualities, sizes, knitting techniques, and stitches
• Proficiency in Excel, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Effective correspondence with overseas factories
