BCM One is looking to add a creative Content Specialist to its growing Marketing team. The role involves crafting, distributing, and scaling content throughout the business, collaborating with sales enablement, product, and marketing teams, and transforming technical concepts into engaging narratives. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in content creation (B2B tech or SaaS strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to write for technical and enterprise audiences (portfolio preferred)
- Skilled at translating complex and technical information into clear, engaging content for industry audiences
- Experience creating multi-channel content, including blogs, LinkedIn posts, and video production
- Experience with SEO and social media platforms required (e.g., SEMrush, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Strong experience with HubSpot and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and other relevant tools)
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and content distribution/advocacy tools (e.g., Ambassify, Hootsuite)
- Familiarity with AI content creation tools (e.g., Copilot)
- Strong attention to detail, including grammar and content accuracy
- Demonstrated creativity, initiative, and ownership in content production
- Confident communicator comfortable collaborating with global teams and audiences in the US and UK, conducting stakeholder interviews, and appearing on camera occasionally
