Job Description
This Account Enablement Manager role focuses on understanding client needs through service and product analysis, preparing presentations, and maintaining a BCT client database. The role involves building rapport, guiding stakeholders, and driving sales targets through data analysis and reporting. The position requires a blend of analytical skills, sales skills, and relationship building.
Requirements
- At least 3 years IT Services account management experience
- Client Relationship Management Experience
- Bachelor’s degree Computer science, Computer Engineering or Business administration
