We are seeking an Associate Director, Business Process Excellence to work under the direction of the Sr. Director MMS BD Excellence and partner with business leadership, Operations Strategy, and the BD Excellence business system deployment team to identify and deliver on high-impact transactional business process optimization and improvement initiatives aligned with the strategic priorities of the global MMS business unit.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain, management information systems, technology, or a related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience in business process consulting, process improvement, or strategy and operations roles
- 5+ years of experience driving enterprise process improvement and transformation
- 3+ years of experience using software technologies and tools to support business process optimization
- 3+ years of experience working at a company with a focus on operational excellence in Healthcare, Med Tech, Pharma, or Life Sciences
- 3+ years of experience facilitating workshops and events or training transactional process improvement methodologies
- 3+ years of experience managing high-visibility programs with executive-level stakeholders
- Experience using lean, six sigma, or other structured problem-solving methodologies specifically in commercial, customer service, or shared services functions
- Experience with implementing visual daily management tools
- Experience with capability-building and training programs
