The Associate Director, Downstream Marketing is responsible for defining and executing the marketing strategy for the Central Fill portfolio within the Pharmacy Automation business. The role is based in Durham, NC (hybrid/on-site) and reports to the Senior Director, Downstream Marketing, US Region.
Requirements
- Define and execute the marketing strategy for the Central Fill portfolio
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities within Central Fill customer segments
- Plan and execute high impact omnichannel marketing campaigns
- Represent the Central Fill portfolio at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events
- Lead and coordinate product launches
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Central Fill products
- Develop and communicate compelling value propositions
- Drive evidence-based market segmentation
- Contribute to the development and implementation of pricing strategies and promotional activities
- Gather and synthesize market intelligence
- Collaborate effectively with Sales, Upstream Marketing, Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, Customer Service, and other internal stakeholders
