Equipment Specialist (Night Shift)

The Equipment Specialist (ES) reports directly to the Department Shift Coach and is responsible for performing routine set up, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment. The ES controls and adjusts machine setting, inspects in-process parts to ensure consistent quality and removes defective product.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED OR 1 year consecutive work experience
• 2 years on the job experience (preferred)
• Must be able to read & write in written English and communicate in verbal English
• Effectively work in a team setting and communicate across the department
• Ability to work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature with the skill to recognize any deviations from specification
