Reporting to the Manager in the Corporate Controller’s Group, this Senior Consolidations Accountant is responsible for the consolidation and preparation of worldwide consolidated financial statements for all reporting cycles. The role includes preparing the BDX Balance Sheet and Income Statements, providing support for the company’s Annual Report, and interfacing with various levels of management and external/internal auditors.
Requirements
- B.S. degree in accounting or finance
- 4-5 years of experience in public accounting and/or private industry
- Exposure to general accounting
- Experience with preparation of Balance Sheet and Income Statement
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills for review and interpretation of data
- Good interpersonal/communication skills
- Self-motivation and ability to work both in teams and independently
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
