HR Generalist

BDA is seeking an HR Generalist to join their Operations team. This role focuses on supporting the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, employee relations, labor relations, training and development, and providing support to leadership. The HR Generalist will act as a first point of contact for employees, understand HR needs, and facilitate the resolution of issues. The position emphasizes a positive employee experience and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• SHRM-CP or PHR Certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (Greenhouse, etc.) preferred.
• Regular and predictable attendance onsite.
