Job Description
BDO is seeking a Manager of Daily Banking to play a pivotal role in enhancing back-office operations and improving customer service. This role involves leading projects, driving digital transformation, and leading innovative initiatives. The position focuses on optimizing processes, enhancing onboarding experiences, and increasing digital innovation. BDO fosters a culture of expertise, warmth, and pragmatism.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in banking, consulting, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of customer servicing, back-office operations, and customer on & offboarding.
- Experience with preparing and implementing near- & offshoring strategies.
- Expertise in electronic identification & authentication (e.g., ItsMe, eIDAS).
- Understanding of ESG impact on customer relations.
- Excel in analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
- Fluent in Dutch or French.
