Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in HR consultancy, organizational development, or change in the public or non-profit sector
- Knowledge of HR processes, organizational models, and/or change methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR is a plus)
- Analytical, structured, and strong in facilitation
