BDO is seeking a Senior Consultant Strategy & Transformation – Financial Institutions to drive transformation in the financial sector. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, proposing solutions, and coordinating activities with clients. Requirements
- Master's degree in Economics, Management, or a similar domain
- 2-5 years of experience as a consultant or in the financial sector
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch and French
- Knowledge of banking and/or insurance products and processes (asset)
- Stakeholder interaction skills
- Autonomy and teamwork
- People-focused attitude
- Motivation to learn and challenge
- Certifications and/or practical experience in PMI, Prince 2, Lean, Agile, ADKAR/Prosci, ITIL, analytics (PowerBI, Tableau)
