BDO is seeking a Manager to join their Financial Reporting & Insights team. The successful candidate will oversee multiple engagement teams, ensure high-quality work, and support the growth of the FR&I practice.
Requirements
- CPA designation required
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in public accounting
- 1+ year in a Manager capacity
- Strong experience in compilation engagements and financial reporting for private enterprises
- Demonstrated experience preparing or reviewing corporate and personal tax returns
- Proven leadership skills in managing teams, engagements, and client relationships
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with Caseware, Sage, QuickBooks, and Excel
