Manager, Financial Reporting & Insights

BDO is seeking a Manager to join their Financial Reporting & Insights team. The successful candidate will oversee multiple engagement teams, ensure high-quality work, and support the growth of the FR&I practice.

Requirements

• CPA designation required
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in public accounting
• 1+ year in a Manager capacity
• Strong experience in compilation engagements and financial reporting for private enterprises
• Demonstrated experience preparing or reviewing corporate and personal tax returns
• Proven leadership skills in managing teams, engagements, and client relationships
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency with Caseware, Sage, QuickBooks, and Excel
