Requirements
- Liaise with business units, firm internal functions and IT teams in the delivery, quality management, and successful execution of assigned business and/or technology projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners and other stakeholders, both internally and externally, ensuring business and technical objectives are met
- Plan, direct and coordinate activities of low to medium level of complexity projects to ensure that they meet the approved timeframe, scope, quality, and budget expectations
- Adhere to BDO project management standards while managing budgets, risk, project communications, project resource forecasting, etc.
- Work with project sponsor to effectively transition projects from an idea through to development and implementation, ensuring that all project objectives and goals are clearly understood and met
- Engage Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and project stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner, managing their involvement and expectations
- Assess the priority and scope of issues by understanding business objectives, technical costs and user needs, as well as being able to weigh alternatives for resolution
- Establish, develop, and maintain effective communications and relationships with key business partners and sponsors, both internally and externally
- Understand all phases of the software development life cycle and various techniques to lead, create and motivate a high value project team consisted of various business and IT stakeholders
- Work with appropriate business and IT stakeholders in finalizing project deliverables and milestones, and lead and manage the team towards achieving those milestones
