Job Description
BDO is seeking a Senior Manager to join our Financial Reporting & Insights (FR&I) team. This role will oversee multiple engagement teams, provide technical accounting guidance, and drive operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Oversee and review financial reporting and compilation engagements
- Provide advanced technical accounting guidance and mentorship
- Lead the preparation and review of working paper files, financial statements, and corporate and personal tax returns
- Drive operational efficiency by monitoring engagement budgets, timelines, and resource allocations
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the FR&I team through business development, process improvements, and coaching future leaders
