Job Description
BDO is seeking a Core Tax Manager – ASC 740 to advise clients on tax implications, evaluate alternative actions, and maintain compliance. The role involves managing client relationships, preparing tax reports, and conducting research. The Manager will be a primary client contact for complex corporate tax and ASC 740 tax issues, and will be responsible for the financial aspects of clients' taxes.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Taxation, required.
- Experience with managing the process of preparing and auditing ASC740 computations, required.
- Supervisory experience, required.
- Multinational client experience, preferred.
- CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (“EA”) designation.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or taxation
