Tax Manager, Core Tax Services - ASC 740

The Core Tax Services Manager – ASC 740 is responsible for advising clients on tax implications, evaluating alternative actions, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The role involves managing client relationships, budgeting, and providing tax solutions for complex corporate and ASC 740 issues. The manager will also oversee a team and ensure client service teams comply with firm policies.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Taxation, required
• Five (5) or more years of prior experience, required
• Supervisory experience, required
• Experience managing the process of preparing and auditing ASC740 computations, required
• CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (or equivalent) certification, required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, Adobe Acrobat, and GoFileRoom, required
• Experience with tax research databases such as BNA and RIA, required
