Tax Senior Manager, Core Tax Services - Corporate Focus

The Core Tax Services Senior Manager at BDO is responsible for advising clients on tax implications, evaluating alternative actions to reduce tax burden, and identifying compliance issues. This role involves client contact, research, tax consulting, strategic planning, and supervising associates. The role requires a strong understanding of tax regulations and a commitment to client success.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree required; major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics preferred
• Eight (8) or more years of prior relevant tax experience and/or public accounting, private industry accounting or consulting/professional services experience required
• License/Certifications: CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (or equivalent)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Knowledge of tax research databases and tax compliance process software preferred
