Job Description
BDS is seeking a Strategy & Analytics Manager to join their team in a remote, Western Territory location. The role focuses on translating complex data into client-ready insights and driving business strategy through analytics. This position requires strong analytical, communication, and client-service skills, managing a team, and navigating ambiguity. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional experience in analytics, business intelligence, or strategy.
- Strong SQL (Snowflake) and data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Experience presenting insights to executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience in consulting or agency environments (preferred).
- Familiarity with tech/telecom/semiconductors industries preferred.
- Experience managing analysts (preferred).
