As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be managing and selling to existing customers, providing top-notch customer service, and building relationships with future customers. Requirements
- Build relationships with future and current customers.
- Represent B2B sales for manufacturers such as Motorola, ICOM, Avigilon and many others.
- Sell all products from the BearCom portfolio based on customers needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Maintain all weekly, quarterly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Heavy phone and email communication.
- Manage and react quickly to all existing customers.
- Provide price quotes and follow up with customers.
- Efficiently manage sales funnel.
- Enter all orders and activities into JDE and CRM system.
- Assist customers with all product or system questions, issues, repairs, and order status.
- Attend weekly sales meetings.
