Parts Representative

The Parts Representative will perform customer service, marketing, and stocking duties related to sales, receiving, and delivery of parts.

Requirements

• Assist in keeping parts department clean and professional
• Record all sales and/or customer transactions
• Maintain the retail sales floor and displays
• Take a proactive approach to inventory control
• Ensure internal and external customers receive the correct parts
• Receive, ship, and store parts as needed
• Proactively study and stay current on industry and product information
• Pick up and deliver parts for customers and vendors as needed
• Mark and store parts in stockroom according to prearranged system
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management
• Follow all safety rules and regulations and adhere to all policies and procedures
• Participate in all company driven communication efforts
• Proactively seek and participate in available company sponsored training
• Maintain prompt and regular attendance according to department and company policies
