Job Description
A Production Associate I is responsible for the assembly and packaging of Finished Goods and expected to perform with high focus on quality, productivity, and safety in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), company procedures, and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe work area to facilitate manufacturing functions by following all company GMP and procedures.
- Follow company safety guidelines
- Able to follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures while working at a steady pace.
- Perform inspection of Finished Goods and codes to ensure quality.
- Maintain good housekeeping.
- May participate in cleaning of machine parts to ensure on-time startups and/or changeovers.
- Good attendance and punctuality.
- Focuses on safety, ensuring machinery is turned off via E-Stop before performing, cleaning, or maintenance; does not reach into moving equipment.
- Must be able to work flexible schedules, including overtime and an occasional Saturday.
