Job Description
Bechtel is seeking a Piping Field Engineer to provide project field engineering expertise in the Rio Grande LNG project in Brownsville, Texas. The engineer will be responsible for project planning, material management, quality control, and safety, ensuring all activities comply with Bechtel's Zero Accident Philosophy and industry standards. This is a full-time, hybrid position with full-time remote work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of a single or multi-discipline construction or engineering operation
- Knowledge of Bechtel’s Zero Accident Philosophy
- Knowledge of Project ES&H Handbook, Supervisors ES&H Manual, Project Safety Management Plan and Bechtel Core Processes
- Knowledge of Standard Work Process Procedures (SWPPs)
- Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet and database applications in accordance with Bechtel Standard Application Program (BSAP) standards
