Paint Center CSR

The Paint Center Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering exceptional service, fulfilling orders accurately, and providing knowledgeable support on paint products and coatings.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, paint supply, construction supply, or a related customer service role
• At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Comfortable learning product knowledge and providing application guidance
• Basic computer proficiency, and able to use the company’s point of sale software, Epicor Biztrack
• Physically able to work the majority of your shift standing, and ability to lift, push and pull products up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
