Bee Talents is seeking experienced IT recruiters for a project-based (RPO) collaboration model, "Project Bees." This role involves working directly with clients within their internal structures to conduct end-to-end recruitment or specific recruitment elements, often including HR processes. The collaboration is typically for 3-6 months with potential for extension and offers flexible remote work with access to tools, processes, and support. Bee Talents partners with numerous companies, including Allegro, Visa, and Netguru, and aims to change the IT and recruitment landscape by setting new standards.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in conducting IT recruitment
• Experience working for more than one organization or recruitment agency (preferred)
• Ability to conduct recruitment processes end to end (from sourcing to offering)
• Very good communication skills
• Fluent English (depending on the project)
• Ownership and ability to plan work and be results-oriented
• Ability to analyze and present data
• Ability to start cooperation within the next two weeks
