Accounts Payable Administrator

Beedie is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor setup, reconciliation, and reporting. This role requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy and efficient financial operations. Requirements

• Receive, sort, and code invoices and supporting documents
• Ensure invoice information is accurate
• Maintain Vendor database and verify Vendor information
• Prepare bi-weekly reports for invoices
• Assist in month-end closing duties
• Assist in preparing audit information and support
• Handle special projects, responsibilities and other duties as assigned
• Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility and confidentiality
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills
