Lead Engineer, Design and Modeling

Beehive Industries is seeking a Lead Engineer, Design and Modeling to lead the design of engine components and various component rigs, working closely with systems, manufacturing & analysis teams.

Requirements

• Work with engineers to execute the design, analysis, and evaluation of turbomachinery components and assemblies
• Create definitions of parts, modules, and assemblies in the form of 2D cross sections, 3D models, tolerance stackups, and electronic data formats
• Perform ‘reverse engineering’ by using scan data and creating new part models using parametric modeling
• Ensure product designs follow standards for Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
• Support design reviews and collaborate with other disciplines in design, performance, controls, and system integration
