Job Description
Beewise is seeking a Beekeeper Crew Lead to manage a team of beekeepers at their stationary apiary in Fort Meade, Florida. The role involves leading colony health, productivity, and site efficiency, ensuring high-quality practices, and fostering a team-oriented environment. This is a hands-on position requiring strong leadership and technical beekeeping expertise.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial beekeeping experience
- 2+ years of experience leading a field crew
- Strong understanding of bee health management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
