Product Manager

Beewise is seeking a Creative, sharp, Lean, and open-minded Product Manager to lead the planning and execution of innovative product initiatives that merge cutting-edge technology with a mission to protect bees and improve pollination. This role involves taking ownership of complex challenges spanning hardware, software, and operations, and leveraging agile methodologies to deliver impactful products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management in a multidisciplinary environment
• Proven success managing complex products in a multi-disciplinary company
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (mechanical background preferred)
• Strong leadership skills and ability to align multiple stakeholders
• At least 2 years proven experience in a fast-paced startup environment
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
• Strategic thinking with a customer-first mindset
• High-level proficiency in English
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Proficiency in lean and agile methodologies
• A people-person
