Behavior Technician

Behavioral Health Works is seeking energetic individuals to provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The position involves teaching communication, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills through Applied Behavior Analysis principles, with support from Clinical Directors and experienced BCBAs. Flexible schedules and opportunities for growth are offered.

Requirements

• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
• Must be willing to travel to and from client homes.
• Must be willing to complete onboarding requirements and initial training period.
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism.
