Behavioral Health Works is seeking energetic individuals to provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role involves teaching communication, social skills, and self-help skills through Applied Behavioral Analysis principles, with close collaboration between BCBAs, Case Supervisors, and Technicians. The program is overseen by Clinical Directors and offers comprehensive training and support.
Requirements
- Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
- Must be willing to travel to and from client homes.
- Must be willing to complete onboarding requirements and an initial training period.
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals.
